About the Role
In this key position, you will play a critical role in leading treasury operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As the Head of Treasury Accounting & Control, you will develop and implement effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls for treasury functions.

Responsibilities
• Oversee treasury-related accounting and reporting functions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth operations during transitional periods
• Leverage technology to enhance treasury efficiency and automate processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements
• Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with over 10 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Expertise in IFRS 9, hedging strategies, and basic derivative calculations
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, including derivatives and their valuation
• Risk management experience would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams
• Ability to streamline and automate processes and systems
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving process improvements
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis and reporting software
