About the Role:
Sky Handling Partner is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an integral member of our GSE Parts and Maintenance Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Updating Fleet Management System data
  2. Extracting system data on Ground Service Equipment for airline audits
  3. Assisting with stock purchase, receipt, and control

Key Responsibilities:

In addition to the above duties, you will also be responsible for:
  1. Maintaining company post, franking machine balance, and stock room area
  2. Ordering and processing stock received
  3. Maintaining third-party contracts
  4. Communicating with the Finance Department regarding Purchase Order requests and delivery dockets

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following key performance indicators:
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Efficient and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • PC Literate, Microsoft Office Skills Essential
  • The ability to prioritise workload
