About the Role
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for clients, including loan security, internal, corporate, and tax purposes
  • Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitor research to inform valuation analysis
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial information, and complex strategic issues affecting the real estate industry
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including client interactions, industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in real estate, including 3 years of valuation experience
  • SCSI/RICS qualification or advanced stage of APC process
  • Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and personal integrity
