Teller - Digital Banking Specialist

We are looking for a Teller who can specialize in digital banking, transaction processing and retail servicing interactions. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions in moments that matter most
  2. Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities that meet their needs
  3. Engage actively in lobby management, greeting customers and proactively addressing their immediate needs

In this role, you will:

  • Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Take ownership of escalated account service issues until resolved
  • Log all customer complaints accurately

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or GED, with at least 6 months customer service experience involving data entry or cash handling
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Organized with good time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient with internet and basic technology
