We are seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, setup, and validation of production equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Support routine and preventive maintenance activities under the guidance of senior technicians to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Develop skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment faults related to mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to ensure efficient operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by observing and recommending potential process optimizations to enhance overall performance.
  • Interpret basic blueprints and schematics to support equipment understanding and diagnostics, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Contribute to documentation and compliance efforts related to production and maintenance procedures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a Graduate qualification with a Level 6 or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) from a reputable institution.
  • Prior industry placement is highly desirable, demonstrating relevant work experience and a strong foundation in technical problem-solving.
  • Display a strong interest in manufacturing and technical problem-solving, with a passion for learning and developing hands-on skills in a highly regulated production environment.
