Our organization is seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the evolution of our acquiring and payment platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive migration strategy that delivers tangible value to our clients. This vision must align with our business objectives and drive growth through innovative customer solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a well-defined roadmap for migrating our acquiring and payment platforms.
  • Client Scenario Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client user scenarios to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and develop a comprehensive migration backlog.
  • Success Metrics: Establish key performance indicators, including cost, feature, functionality, risk posture, and reliability, to measure the success of our migration initiatives.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Lead end-to-end product life cycle activities, from ideation to successful launch, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders across different functions.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to continuously enhance our product offerings and client experiences.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: The selected candidate should possess extensive experience in product management within the acquiring/payments business or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced Knowledge: The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of product development life cycles, design, and data analytics.
  • Migration Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead migration life cycle activities and successfully manage client product transformation programs.
