Sr Identity Access Management Platform Engineer

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior IAM Platform Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the daily operations of our Identity and Access Management platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable identity services across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth in IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Entra, IGA, RBAC, MFA, SSO, OAuth, SAML, PKI and PAM tools. They will also possess excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining IAM platforms including Okta, Entra, Active Directory, and SailPoint, ensuring uptime, performance, and compliance across all IAM services, managing user Identity lifecycle, role-based access controls, and access request workflows, supporting and administering PAM solutions like CyberArk and HashiCorp, managing Public Key Infrastructure, troubleshooting complex IAM issues, driving problem management, participating in on-call rotations, identifying and remediating IAM-related vulnerabilities, collaborating with teams to deliver IAM projects effectively and on schedule, creating and updating metrics and reports, ensuring operational compliance, and supporting internal and external audits.

Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience in IAM platforms
  • Strong understanding in IAM technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with compliance framework and audit processes
