As a Principal Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will play a vital role in advancing digital innovation and leading projects to implement new technologies and industry 4.0 capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative medicines that improve patients' lives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the execution and successful delivery of IS/Automation projects with portfolio planning, resource management, and financial management.
- Accountable for end-to-end Technology project delivery from business case creation to qualification and go live into manufacturing production.
- Ability to anticipate, evaluate, and resolve multiple, simultaneous project issues, delays, and problems using technical, project management, and business expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, information systems, and manufacturing process automation, with experience in project leadership, resource management, and financial planning.
We are looking for a collaborative individual contributor leader with excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, who can drive innovation and results-oriented initiatives.
