We are seeking a seasoned service expert to join our team of dedicated engineers responsible for delivering top-notch service and maintenance solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.

About the Role
  • Solve complex technical issues, support system upgrades, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to and resolve technical service requests with precision and efficiency.
  2. Manage and take ownership of complex service calls to resolution, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to industry reporting standards.
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance service operations and customer experience.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  6. Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the organization in a professional manner.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
  8. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working order.
  9. Participate in on-call rosters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in electronic security integration, including enterprise-level systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic security technologies.
  • Proven experience with systems such as CCure, Lenel, Genetec, and Prowatch.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and IP-based system configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong diagnostic abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commercial awareness with ability to contribute to service process improvements.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Full, clean driving license is essential.
