Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at a leading sports retailer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, staff management, customer experience, security, health and safety, stock control, and resource allocation.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and a safe working environment.
- Liaise with senior management to develop and implement strategies for improving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced sports environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
