Customer Service Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, coordinating the appearance of merchandise and ensuring a seamless shopping environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on products to customers, enhancing their purchasing decisions.
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries, addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain store displays by regularly restocking products, guaranteeing availability.
  • Upkeep high standards of store presentation and cleanliness, reflecting positively on our brand.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes with accuracy, handling cash, card, and credit transactions proficiently.
  • Adhere to security protocols for cash and merchandise.
  • Participate in regular stocktakes, following established procedures.

Candidates should possess relevant experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service are essential attributes for this role.
