We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a fulfilling career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing companionship, personal support, and assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and mobility.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in care provision or a healthcare setting (QQI training provided if you have care experience)
- Cheerful, caring, positive, and dependable
- Fluent English
- Competitive rates of pay starting at €14.00 per hour
- Premium rates paid on bank holidays
- Paid mileage at civil service rates
- Pay increase at year 1 and year 3 of employment
- €250 Joining Bonus Scheme
- 2 day paid induction training programme
- Fully funded QQI training (Care Skills and Level 5)
- Full-time support from a care manager and Nurse Management Team
