Job Title: Senior Accounting Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily running of our growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily operations and team workflows to deliver work on time.
  2. Supervise and review financial statements, management accounts, tax returns, and company and sole trader accounts.
  3. Lead audits for small companies and CLGs.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory filing requirements.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Mentor junior staff and check their work for quality.
  7. Help with planning and improving the practice.
  8. Manage billing, work in progress, and debt collection.
Requirements:
  1. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 5 years post-qualification experience in an accountancy practice.
  3. Proven experience managing staff and practice operations.
  4. Good knowledge of Irish accounting standards, tax, audit, and regulatory rules.
  5. Experience auditing small companies and CLGs essential.
  6. Familiar with Xero, Quick Books, Sage, IRIS, or similar software.
  7. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

As a Senior Accounting Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily running of our growing firm.
