Compassionate Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and play a vital role in providing compassionate care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, or complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centred support to enable each individual to live as independently as possible.
- Offer motivation, guidance, and companionship in daily activities.
- Administer medications according to established policies and procedures.
- Record and document all care provided using electronic systems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tailored care plans.

To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant Health or Social Care qualification, a full clean driving licence, and knowledge of the scope of practice for social and healthcare professionals.
