The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support services to young people in residential settings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a secure environment that promotes the well-being and development of residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident needs, progress, and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years' experience working in young person residential services. A driving license and relevant management qualification are also required.
