Main Accountabilities:

  1. Lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes.
  2. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  4. Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
