We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of complex equipment and machinery across various industries. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and organized individual to work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Servicing: Install, service, and maintain complex equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, including training, on-site evaluations, and equipment testing.
- Customer Support: Offer excellent customer service, responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet client needs.
- Commissioning: Assist with the commissioning process of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
Requirements:
- Techincal Skills: Possess electrical or instrumentation abilities with relevant experience, along with advanced technical skills in the installation, training, calibration, repair, and maintenance of highly technical equipment.
- Field Service Experience: Have extensive field service and/or troubleshooting experience, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Communication Skills: Be an effective communicator, able to produce high-quality technical presentations and deliver training effectively to diverse audiences.
- Organisation and Flexibility: Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
