Senior Tax Professional

We are seeking a qualified and experienced tax professional to join our finance team. This role reports directly to the Head of Tax and is part of a close-knit team under the leadership of the Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee corporate tax compliance across the organization
- Prepare and review tax disclosures for year-end financial statements
- Manage tax forecasting and provisioning processes
- Support tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions
- Monitor legislative changes globally
- Assist in implementing transfer pricing policies and documentation
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors
- Qualified accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA)
- Strong academic record and post-qualification experience
- Ideal background from a Big 4 practice or international corporate environment
This role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our ongoing growth and transformation. It follows our flexible working policy and can be based in either London or Dublin offices.
