Relief Registered Staff Nurse Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Relief Registered Staff Nurse to join our team at Arlington Private Nursing Home in Belfast. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a real difference in the lives of others.
About the Role
- This is a vital role within the nursing home, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care to residents.
- You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that enhances the quality of life for residents.
- Your duties will include developing tailored care plans, collaborating with other teams, administering medicines, and maintaining resident records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Experience in a similar role within a nursing or care home environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
