About the Role
This position requires a deep understanding of AI frameworks, experience with large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and enterprise AI. You will be responsible for designing and developing AI-powered features and tools that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-powered features and tools that drive business growth and innovation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered features and tools.
- Collaborate with other developers, ML engineers, and partner teams to understand technical requirements and build solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems.
- Support the development of scalable, maintainable systems and contribute to internal documentation and testing strategies.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-time industry experience in software engineering, preferably with machine learning platform exposure.
- Expert proficiency crafting solutions using Object Oriented (OO) languages like Java, C# or similar.
- Expert proficiency crafting solutions in Python 3.
- You have hands-on experience delivering products to market which combine traditional software engineering and AI capabilities.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation, with a focus on enterprise applications.
- Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).
- Experience building production-quality software with public cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Proven experience in building and delivering high-performance processing systems.
- Highly motivated to move quickly with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
