Job Title: Urgent Search Part Time Payroll Specialist

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit finance team at a time of significant growth and expansion.

The role will require some on-site office work, with lots of flexibility around the working hours. Reporting to and working closely with the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for running the weekly and monthly Irish payroll for 850 staff using Megapay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running the weekly and monthly Irish payroll for 850 staff using Megapay
  • Working closely with the Payroll Manager to achieve departmental objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to possess a minimum of 4/5 years of Irish Payroll experience and have a track record of running large volume payrolls.

In addition, you will need to have excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with and influence a variety of personnel across the organization.

Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will also have a strong working knowledge of MS Office package, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
