Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Our ideal candidate will support the order assembly team on the production line, ensuring all steps in the process are completed correctly and on time. They will also oversee the workflow of employees, monitor production processes, and optimize efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Order Picking Process: Ensure the order picking process is running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Supervise and Support Employees: Supervise and support the workflow of employees on the order picking line, ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  3. Monitor Production Processes: Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks, minimize downtime, and optimize efficiency.
  4. Employee Training: Support with employee training programs to ensure all employees are properly trained on the job before they begin work.
  5. Scheduling and Coordinating: Scheduling and coordinating the activities of workers on the order assembly line.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3 years of experience/knowledge in food order assembly with a full understanding of HACCP.
  • People Management: Minimum of 2 years of people management & staff supervision experience.
