Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development of our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership, with experience building scalable and highly reliable systems.

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, developing technical strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop technical strategies and roadmaps to deliver business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and delivery.
  • Identify and prioritize technical risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of technical experience, preferably in infrastructure or platform engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic technical leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building scalable and highly reliable systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
