Advanced Automation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Automation Expert to join our team in Ireland and work on a cutting-edge CapEx project. As an Automation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the design of hardware, software, and networks meets project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with System Integrators to design and implement automation solutions.
- Define project scope and execution plans.
- Review and approve system integrator design documentation.
- Monitor project progress and adherence to schedules.
- Attend FATs/SATs for equipment and software.
- Develop interface/data exchange lists for OEM equipment and DeltaV systems.
- Review/approve changes to automation scope.
- Ensure project standards and SOPs are followed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in automation, particularly with vendor packaging equipment.
- Proficiency in Rockwell ControlLogix and Siemens S7 plc.
- Previous experience in pharma and GMP environments.
- Familiarity with clean utilities such as steam, wfi, parts washers, autoclaves, centrifuges.
