Key Accountabilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, and more.
  • Safety Protocols: Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment through routine rounds/log-taking.
  • Contractor Oversight: Oversee contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance.
Essential Qualifications
  • Electrical Knowledge: Knowledge of safe electrical practices according to guidelines set by relevant electrical safety supervisory bodies.
  • Certifications: Professional Electrical or Mechanical Certification (National Craft Certificate (NCC), Registered Electrical Contractor (REC) or equivalent).
