Principal Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer - Manufacturing Projects to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our project delivery team and ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that all necessary resources are in place.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential issues or risks.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Engineer - Manufacturing Projects, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product designs and processes.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress and results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
