We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Dublin team. This role will suit a technically strong, commercially minded lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE and experience working in a fast-paced finance environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to deepen their banking and capital markets expertise within a dynamic, market-leading team. You will advise on complex banking and capital markets transactions, work on corporate banking, property and development finance, fund financing, and distressed asset transactions.
