As a dynamic and experienced Account Director, you'll be joining our Dublin Studio team. You'll lead large branding projects, working closely with top clients and a talented design team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive large branding projects from inception to delivery.
  • Lead both client and creative teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Translate brand strategy into creative briefs and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage third-party costs and ensure the best deals for clients.
  • Promote offerings through case studies, social media, and networking events.
  • Requirements:
    • A good academic record with a clear understanding of good design.
    • Strong knowledge of creative processes and key account management.
    • Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
    • Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others.
    • Professional presentation and communication skills.
    • Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Budget management awareness and diligent paperwork handling.
    • Proficiency in Apple and IT skills (Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office).
    • Experience with project management platforms (StreamTime preferred).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
