Job Description

Operating the shop in line with company policy throughout the night as per shop checklist is your main responsibility as a Night Shift Operator. You will also ensure all perimeter alarms are activated and the site building is secure throughout the night.

You will be responsible for keeping the shop area clean, tidy, and safe. Providing excellent customer service is crucial to your success in this role. Ensuring accurate price labelling of products, stock rotation, and shelf stacking are other key tasks you will perform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A can-do attitude with strong communication skills and an ability to interact with customers confidently.
  • The ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • An enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • The willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
