A dedicated individual is sought to enhance our telemarketing team's efforts in inspiring and engaging supporters about Oxfam Ireland's vital work.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong spoken English.
• Passionate, determined, and committed to the mission of empowering disadvantaged communities worldwide.
• A genuine interest in international development, non-governmental organizations, or the charity sector.
• Fundraising experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

1. Initiate contact with previous regular donors to encourage continued support for Oxfam Ireland's projects.
2. Engage supporters of campaigns to promote monthly donations that can significantly impact global causes.
3. Upgrade active donors to increase their monthly contributions, thereby enhancing their positive influence on society.
4. Make thank-you calls to loyal donors to express heartfelt appreciation for their ongoing commitment to our shared values.
