Lead Kitchen Team Member

We are seeking an experienced and professional Sous Chef to join our team at a high-end dining restaurant in County Cork.

You will work closely with the head chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a tight-knit crew of kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase modern Irish cuisine
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with the head chef to create innovative dishes
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and expertise
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience as a sous chef in a fine dining restaurant
  2. Strong leadership and management skills
  3. Excellent culinary knowledge and creativity
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Passion for using only the best ingredients and techniques
