Asset Management Professional

The role of Asset Manager plays a crucial part in driving the Land Development Agency's mission to maximise affordable homes on public land. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in management accounting and possess excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Reporting
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, monitor KPIs, and analyse financial reports to drive business decisions.
  • Portfolio Performance
  • Compile data, benchmark operating costs, and prepare portfolio performance reports to identify efficiencies.
  • Reporting and Administration
  • Administer purchase orders, invoices, and EMT reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and implement process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounts, preferably in residential rental property sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with property-related IT systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work well within a team environment.
