Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality social care and support to vulnerable young people aged 8-17 years. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, ensuring seamless communication among team members, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A relevant qualification in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field is essential for this role. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of child and adolescent development. A full Irish driver's license is also mandatory for this position.
