Job Title: Water Treatment Technician

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Technician to join our team in Meath. As an instrumentation technician and service engineer, you will be responsible for performing service, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on instrumentation equipment used in water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of instrumentation equipment including flow meters, level sensors, water analysers, inverters, and controllers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues with equipment.
  • Install new and replacement equipment on site.
  • Liaise daily with the service department and clients regarding findings and recommendations.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as report writing and record keeping.
Requirements:
  • Qualified and experienced electrician or instrumentation technician with at least 23 years relevant experience.
  • Competent in working independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater processes is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn new equipment and technologies.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
