A prestigious Irish law firm is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to join its Dublin team. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years PQE within a corporate law firm and a professional tax / accounting qualification.
Job Description:- The successful candidate will be involved across a range of areas, including international tax and cross border planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.
- Candidates will have the opportunity to work with leading corporates and financial institutions, providing a broad spectrum of Irish taxation advisory and transactional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- International tax and cross border planning for corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment projects into Ireland
- Mergers, acquisitions, demergers and IPOs
- Tax controversy
- Capital markets and structured finance transactions
- Private equity transactions
- Transfer pricing
- Asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment
- Real estate tax
- 2 - 5 years relevant PQE within a corporate law firm
- A professional tax / accounting qualification
