Corporate Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified accountant with at least 4 years' experience in practice or industry to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual management and statutory accounts under IFRS and Irish GAAP. They will also process tax assessments and filings, VAT and corporation tax (including deferred tax calculations), as well as liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax advisors and manage related scheduling issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting and preparing monthly/quarterly/annual management and statutory accounts under IFRS and Irish GAAP.
  • Processing tax assessments and filings, VAT and corporation tax (including deferred tax calculations).
  • Liaising with external parties (as and when required) such as auditors and tax advisors and manage related scheduling issues.

About You:

  • The role will suit a Qualified Accountant from either practice or industry with at least 4 years' work experience.
  • Have exposure to IFRS and Irish / US GAAP.
  • Ideally have an understanding of international financial/capital markets and financial instruments.
