As a Head Accommodation Porter at The Trinity City Hotel, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our housekeeping team. You will work closely with management to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational efficiency throughout the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and experience in supervising daily housekeeping operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all hotel areas, managing linen distribution and housekeeping supplies, and responding promptly to guest requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all hotel areas.
  • Manage linen distribution and housekeeping supplies.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver excellent service with a professional and welcoming manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as Linen Porter/Supervisor or similar role.
  • Hospitality background.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
