Product Quality Assurance Technician Role Overview:

  • The Product Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Carry out hourly product checks on production lines to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Perform routine traceability product checks to identify any potential issues.
  • Investigate and report any non-conforming materials in production areas.
  • Prepare export pre-shipment reviews for relevant authorities.
  • Administer specifications and conduct GMP/Glass and Hard Plastic Audits within laboratory and production areas.
  • Participate in projects to improve the QA area.
  • Conduct testing in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage stock control for laboratory equipment and chemicals.
  • Prepare samples for external laboratory analysis.
Requirements:
  • Food Science/Food Technology qualification or related degree.
  • Previous experience working in a food environment is desirable.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • Week 1: 5am - 2:30pm
  • Week 2: 8am - 5:30pm
