Scientific Communications Director

Overview:

  • Develop and execute scientific communications strategies to drive business results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality publications and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical leaders, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement publication strategies for assets or portfolios.
  • Represent and present publication strategies and plans to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for publications and provide recommendations.
  • Engage with customers, opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, professional societies, and publishers.

Requirements:

  • PhD (or equivalent experience) in a scientific, health, communications, technology, health outcomes, or public health related field.
  • Significant experience in the Medical affairs space.
  • Proven experience in writing/managing publication and publication deliverables.
  • Proven experience leading large/global/strategic projects.
