Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Support Professional to join our Regulatory Services team on a temporary basis.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires an experienced and organized individual who can provide administrative, secretarial and litigation support to the executive team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert secretarial and administrative support to the executive team in the Regulatory Services department.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of file and case management systems.
  • Perform general typing tasks, including document preparation and scanning.
  • Prepare court documents and materials for tribunal hearings.
  • Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure timely filing of affidavits and submissions.
  • Attend meetings and hearings as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detailed knowledge of the regulatory system in Ireland.
  • Previous experience working in a regulatory, legal or professional environment.
Work Arrangements

This is a 4-day in-office attendance role with 1 day flexible working option available.
