Senior Estimator Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the preparation of project estimates, coordinate project teams, and negotiate with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, leadership experience, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project team members and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to determine project requirements.
  • Lead discipline estimator work sequences and internal reviews of deliverables to meet project demands.
  • Prepare total project basis of estimate and lead the preparation of project estimates.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
  • Mentor and guide assigned discipline estimators, providing feedback on performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction estimating, including senior estimating roles.
  • Proven leadership experience, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and exceptional analytical abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
