Lead Retail Store Manager Position

We are seeking an accomplished and ambitious retail leader to oversee our store team in Cork. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will drive sales growth, maintain stock accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The Role

We require a highly skilled leader who can build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, motivating, and setting clear expectations. You will be responsible for driving financial performance with sales targets, maintaining stock accuracy, setting-up store promotional plans, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety.

As a Health & Wellness specialist, you will embark on a comprehensive training programme that includes our Qualified to Advise and Healthy Expert qualifications, accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the store and become a brand ambassador
  • Build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, motivating, and setting clear expectations
  • Drive financial performance with sales targets
  • Maintain stock accuracy
  • Set-up store promotional plans
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety
Person Specification:
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our products
  • Ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
  • Ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results
