Client Relationship Manager

Job Title:
A seasoned professional is required to oversee the day-to-day client relationships for a portfolio of depositary clients, delivering high levels of service.
- Manage the delivery of exceptional client experiences through proactive relationship building and effective communication.
- Review and ensure adherence to operating procedures, policies, and industry best practices for a team of direct reports.
- Lead a small team of staff from trainees to senior accountants, providing guidance, coaching, direction, engagement, and encouragement.
- Assist in monitoring team operational and financial performance in line with organizational objectives.
- Develop regular client reporting on work activities, findings, issues, and conclusions.
Skill Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a depositary services environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships or a significant part of a major client relationship.
- Experience leading a small team, including coaching, delegation, and performance management.
- Ability to interpret domestic and EU regulations and legislation.
- Sound technical knowledge with commercial solutions for clients.
