No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided on the types of cases you will be working on. However, an interest in immigration law is preferred.
The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, detail-focused, and motivated to help clients obtain documents and stay united with their families.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Review draft immigration applications pursuant to instructions from Senior Attorneys
- Identify, track, and make necessary edits prior to submission
- Clearly communicate to other team members regarding edits
- Meet daily goals on reviewing cases
- Perform legal research on immigration law topics
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Ability to follow detailed directions
- Experience using a case management software system preferred
- Interest in immigration law preferred
- Support mission of helping people currently living in America obtain their documents and stay together with their family
- Computer skills (Typing - MS Word and MS Excel, Document Management - DropBox)
