Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or potential issues to the Manager.
  • Collaborate with production management to prioritize and schedule maintenance work.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement cost-saving measures to reduce energy consumption and waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
