About the Role
As a Charity Fundraising and Partnership Development Professional, you will be responsible for driving fundraising efforts through strategic partnerships and community engagement. This role involves developing strong relationships with corporate sponsors, community fundraisers, and donors to ensure sustainable income for our vital services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with corporate partners to secure financial and in-kind support
- Community fundraising and engagement
- Event and campaign management
- Donor engagement and relationship management

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in sales, fundraising, business development, or corporate relationship management. Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to secure high-value partnerships is essential. Experience in event management and community engagement is also required. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in CRM systems and donor management tools is desirable. Ability to travel as required is required (mileage and allowances in line with civil service rates).
