We're looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation AI solutions.

As a Staff AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for defining, training, and deploying AI/ML models to address challenging business and semiconductor-specific issues.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive AI R&D and put models into production, enabling delivery of AI solutions to meet ADI's strategic objectives.

You will have the opportunity to perform data engineering and exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights; analyze and select features to optimize model performance.

You will also explore and select appropriate tools and models for each problem, including using deep learning, LLMs, Transformers, NLP, and ML models.

A successful candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in software engineering or data science, including 5+ years developing AI/ML solutions and at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of and experience with ML, deep learning, LLMs, and modern AI trends, with demonstrated deep expertise in at least one specific AI domain.
