Carpet Fitter Job Summary

This is a key position within our organization responsible for installing high-quality carpet and flooring solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our reputation for outstanding workmanship.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install carpet and flooring solutions on time and to the highest standard.
  • Ensure excellent communication with customers, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new products and technologies including LVT, sheet vinyl, carpet tiles, laminate, and wood flooring.
  • Operate company-supplied tools and vehicles efficiently and safely.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Carpet Fitter or Floor Fitter.
  • A full clean driver's license required.
  • Fully fluent English.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Most work will be conducted Monday to Friday but occasional weekend work may be required on commercial sites.
  • Some travel involved working between branches in Sandyford and Kilkenny.
