Maintenance Technician Specialist

The Maintenance Engineer will collaborate with value stream maintenance teams to implement effective Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
This role focuses on Electrical, Automation & Mechanical system engineering and development of standard work for Predictive Maintenance's component qualification/validation and machine integration.
Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement of the TPM system, including evaluation of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), in conjunction with the maintenance team. Additionally, the System Reporter will improve TPM and associated electrical/mechanical hardware.
Achieving ABC Reliability Ratings involves ensuring backup processes or products are in place. This position will lead projects to enhance the site facility and ensure uninterrupted production, including developing spare parts and obsolescence of systems.
Identifying and driving ongoing development of the value stream process for manufacturing systems is a key aspect of this role.
Developing and managing supplier partnerships with current and prospective new maintenance suppliers is also crucial.
Knowledge of relevant safety standards and protocols applicable to equipment machinery is required.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and standards in the automotive industry specifically related to TPM activities is essential.
Supporting other departments in resolving issues and implementing projects is an important part of this role.
