Job Description

This is a sales role that requires fluent German or Dutch speakers to work with clients in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  2. Prospect into buyer personas: CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users.
  3. Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo targets.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle.
  5. Manage a sales pipeline in CRM, while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach.
  6. Handle quote creation and order processing.
  7. Collaborate with the Sales ecosystem like Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others.

About the Ideal Candidate

  1. 1+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience.
  2. Familiarity with software, database, infrastructure, or open source technology a plus (preferred but not required).
  3. Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer).
  4. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies.
  6. Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plus.
  7. College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required).

Requirements

  1. You're someone who is located in Ireland or who is happy to relocate for the right opportunity.
  2. You have fluency in German/Dutch and English as a working language.
  3. Full-time work availability: 40 hours a week.
  4. You're someone who wants to learn, progress and develop your career.
  5. You're someone who has decided to live and work in Ireland for 6 months or more.
